Portico Academy was founded in the D.C Metro Area when a small group of international and U.S. college admissions experts came together with one goal in mind: to empower international students through college admissions education. We've been high school guidance counselors, top international student graduates, and private college admissions consultants - so we know how it all works and why.

Each student is assigned two personalized college consultants to guide, direct and provide insights to the student. Your student’s dedicated counselor will provide support in areas such as high school planning, summer activities, project management, strategic advising, college fit, and essay editing.

我们配备给每位博庭教育的学生两名专业顾问，给学生提供一对一的升学评估、规划和指导。提供的咨询服务项包括但不限于：高中时间规划、暑期活动安排、申请进度规划、升学策略、选校研究、文书修改等。

The student takes full ownership of this process, is fully invested and involved in all decisions, and produces all of his/her own work under the mentorship of a team of dedicated experts.

Portico Academy helped me through my college applications. My counselor gave me advice for each school I chose and taught me about others schools that would really fit me. We worked through every individual school together. My counselor supported me in writing more than 20 essays. She always helped me with my ideas and helped correct my grammar. She helped me stay organized and submit all of applications on time. If I were to give a grade, it is 100%.
